Hey John, just got my son a used 2011 Camry. Was wanting to get him a newer unit for hands free calls and mostly for reverse cam. I did see that you have one with this unit and did you get it installed? I followed the link to Amazon but I didn’t see the camera listed with this unit? A link to unit with camera would be great! I have similar experience, with iphone they also lower volume levels for safety but it also loses bass😢 Buy a higher end car radio unit or stick with a wired connection.

go into the steering wheel controls and program them manually. Press and hold the steering wheel button and it should recognize it in that application.

It charges pretty fast with the headunit. Not quite fast charger but faster than others
