The Anaconda Graveyard (HD 76133) is a storied location in Elite Dangerous lore. An early expedition to the Cancri cluster, the Distant Stars expedition, made its way far up off the galactic plane. They knew before they left that the trip in those days was a one-way affair, as you need a very long-range ship (the Anaconda), along with a series of neutron boosts to get to this difficult-to-reach star. There are no return neutron stars.
The expedition ended with a mass self-destruct in this crater, now marked with broken Anacondas by FDev. Afterward, many intrepid explorers did the same.
