Size and strength aren’t as directly correlated as ppl believe I seen a lot of huge weak dudes benching two plates and I saw dudes 6 foot at 200 wreck 4 plates It happens. You can tell those guys are weak.
I like the fake weights joke way better than the other ones, people actually get triggered when you call them out and then they believe for a moment that it is indeed fake and have to try lol
My best deadlift was around 700, at 175. But that's my best lift) long arms and short legs. No where close with my bench (325 max) and squat (498). All roid free. I was worked like a mule as a kid landscaping, and everything fell into place until I blew out my shoulder.
Where was there a handshake? There was no sportsmen at all, they hated on him until he did it and then just had no idea what to say. They never shook his hand or anything though.

On the contrary. Most people he pulls the prank on, actually love it. I have been in Gym’s for over 40 years. Wrestling, Rugby, Rowing, MMA, Weightlifting & Body Building . This myth about’ insecure men’ lifting weights, is just that a myth. I could take you now to a Gym in East London full of huge Body Builders. And guarantee they will all be polite & nice & full of good self esteem. I have: traveled, competed and trained all over the World and almost all Gym’s are packed with decent & kind people. Now… Cross-Fit.. that is different. That is packed with insecure wankers.

Honestly though, I feel like this is what pranks are supposed to be, funny as hell and nobody gets hurt. And they can all laugh about it after. He is a major troll! But he always does it with a great sense of humor and always with a positive attitude 😊
