Assuming the rule of five, yeah, Kanata in and Kobo out. I feel like missing Sora out is weird here though. I love Kobo, but we have to keep her for the Bs and G's as a lead vocal alongside Goomba. Gura, Kobo, Bijou, Bae and Gigi as HoloGaki. I'd find a way to sneak La+ and Miko If possible, to maximise the gremlin girl energy (sorry Marine, no HoloBaby invite this time, as we need you for HoloDisco with Suisei, Calli, ERB and Rissa). I think the consolidation goal should be to find genres for the talents to Collab on songs in. (Like bubblegum pop with HoloGaki above, Disco/CityPop with HoloDisco, or power ballads with the HoloDivas. (Sora/AzKi/Irys/Suisei also need to be something as the ones most hired for their pipes specifically). Solos and duos are great, but holy cow did something like the AzKi/Sora/Irys/Roboco/Calli Collab leave an impact.
