They never saw the bullets coming toward them right after the other third officer ran after the driver that got out the car fast and took off running. Also there was a black woman in the car as well with everything happened in real time and she saw.😮

If it was a "routine traffic stop" why did everybody have to get out of the car to begin with? And the kid, who was in the backseat, who was told to get out of the car as well for whatever reason during a "Routine Traffic Stop" is told to put his drink & phone down? Why?
