I was 11 when I actually saw him at this exact festival. He actually became one of my inspirations right then and there. I never thought a 14 year old at that time could be that good. This kid blew us all away.
@@aderbalnunesm Sim.
@@andreadidomenico6759 It's natural that someone who doesn't understand anything about percussion and rhythmic patterns (which is natural coming from an Italian) doesn't see musicality in this performance.
@@lucasrinaldi9909 do you mean Italians doesnt understand about music? Are you kidding .. you are fucking ridicolo Is with your stupid bullshit let me listen when di you come from? Your surname Is italian
Hey People this is the new Drummer of Sepultura, look at this , here he was just 14 years old and blow almost all famous drummer s away, i have seen him yesterday with sepultura, he is not from this planet!!!
@@punkjay4681not a downgrade at all in terms of paycheck and those huge venues he gets to play, considering that Sepultura is breaking up, this was an opportunity of a lifetime for him. That being said, Greyson is amazing
For a guy who would become known in the metal world, there's a lot of Buddy Rich influence, with hints of some latin american tribal rhythms thrown in.
what an effing beast at that age. he's drumming for sepultura now. would've been dope if he auditioned for dream theater back in 2011. he would have been 20 at that time.
Eloy had a water leak out the front of his home. He dug a hole to see why, and what he saw was...ROOTS, BLOODY ROOTS! What a great ATTITUDE to have. If he were a guitarist he probably would have REFUSE/RESIST to repair it himself, but drummers fix sh^t in their own TERRITORY. Hopefully it's the LAST TIME he has to repair it. True Story...
Wow man. The level of mature musicality. And of course the chops. Right out the gate that single stroke motif he was playing was WILD. Killin. Only part where I could hear the child was the excessive block part 2:17 lollll but for the most part they were used effectively and musically. Unreal. Huge respect for Eloy. Have always loved his playing
You know… he honestly pulled it off tho. F**k what I said lol. It’s a masterpiece of a solo even by modern day, grown professional standards (obviously)
