I recently watched this studio ghibli film called "Whisper of the Heart" and the next morning I was so inspired to make my own little short film depicting the beauty and simple joys of my life that I went out and recorded it! Complete and utter Awesome sauce!!!!! (YOU), my family, my health and my awareness. Thank you! Three years ago a person reintroduced me to life again, I had been racing by so quickly without taking time to enjoy the "Simple Beauty" that was all around me. Now that I'm not in such a hurry to "live" life I can now see all that I had been missing that had always been right there in front of me. The early mornings, the smell of fresh coffee and flowers, the birds merrily about their business. The green grass and the smell of fresh air. Walking out in nature is still my ultimate simple joy being in the forest is so calming and wondrous. To get lost in an adventure novel or a movie that moves the soul. I want to thank you, my friend, for helping me understand the power of journaling. I’m a very happy 59-year-old healthy, of course my life has many ups and downs, but it brought me to a powerful place. I’ve always struggled with journaling, and you’ve opened my eyes to journaling in a way that I’ve never thought possible. I set up my journal in the morning or whenever I feel like it and I write about my life. I don’t write about what people need to know I write about what I love.sometimes I’ll sit and listen to your video. It inspires me to write about things that I never thought about. Love this one Helena. I romanticized the day by wearing one of my aprons when I prepared dinner. I have quite a few that my mother in law made and then a few as gifts. I had stopped wearing them and then decided to wear one tonight! I've also started having fresh flowers in the house. Those are simple things and they always make walk lighter in my step :-)

As always your videos are so inspiring and beautifully filmed. Thanks for that! =) I feel that the less the outer distractions become the more I start noticing the small things. I start doing things I used to do as a child: hugging trees, observing snails, playing with the cold water of the mountain stream, imagining the fairies living in the forest nearby. My family and I are going through a rough phase, and at times, we get tired and feel hopeless but then we are also able to recognize how trials and tribulations are nothing but a chance for growth. Its a sign for us to be grateful that not only we get to experience something we thought we'd never be strong enough to endure, but also to appreciate how fortunate we are to still be able to breathe and witness life for what it is. Hi love. It may be a bit late for you to see this comment...I am an Oregonian who has been a musician for many a moon. I am beginning to use a GpPro to create music videos in iMovie. I am feeling limited a little both because I am novice and well...mostly that! LOL. Can you please recommend a video editing program for me? Like Alice in Wonderland, you have found the door that leads you to Enchanted Land.
