Liza, I cried tears of joy at the end after learning that your dear 'friend' is finally free, thanks in huge part to your efforts and goodness of heart. And before I forget, that embutido looked scrumptious, bravo! Embutido is somewhat similar to our Kapampangan murcon, but I love both versions. Good luck on your Filipino carinderia endeavour! Happy Cooking! When you finally get here to the Philippines, please do not forget to gastronomically assess every Filipino dish you will taste and compare as to how you prepared them back home. I remember cousin Olga telling us that when it comes to food, you are knowledgeable which is why she values very much your opinion. Blessings to you and your lovely family.
Sister Lisa, isa kang ulirang Ina, mahalaga sa pamilya asawa at mga anak. Lagi mo silang ipinagluluto ng masasarap na pagkain Pinoy. Salamat sa pagtangkilik mo sa Filipino healthy dish.
I''m a Filipino subscriber watching here in the Philippines. That is one of my favorite dish. It's easy to make. I appreciate you for patronizing our dishes. Good luck!
Great to see your whole family enjoying the walk together. So glad that the neighbor’s dog is finally freed from the chains! The dog was so excited to see you! The meatloaf looks delicious. Please make Russian dishes, too. Very curious about what you would have on a regular basis. Take care and God bless. 🥰
Sister Liza,,, the journey of your Filipino food in Russia was started and l know it will spread everywhere in your place... Cheers....cheers....cheers sis. Liza...
Sister Liza, instead of steaming you can baked it too. To have a more flavorful taste you can add grated cheese into the meat. You can also omit catsup instead use only soy sauce. But use in moderate amount not to discolor too much the color of the meat mixture ( it will look black or dirty looking). The addition of such is for additional taste. Goodluck to your cooking passion & venture.🙏🙏🙏
I grew up seeing my mama make embutido and always eat it with bread. Usually around Christmas time 😊. Your embutido looks very tasty!❤❤ Your are a good soul always helping animals.
Now, sister Liza, you just learned and made one of our Filipino favorite which we specially serve during special occasions like holidays or birthdays!! You made that EMBUTIDO perfectly done!! Good job, sister Liza!!👌🇵🇭🫶🏻🇺🇸 Your kids surely love it just like mama Olga!! …and, of course, the cat, too!!😂😂
It's such a blessing to us Filipinos, that you love to cook ,eat and share our very own Pinoy delicacy, thank you so much, keep on cooking more very delicious food❤❤❤❤❤
Sister Liza, I suggest you to start small business in your locations first, by cooking different Filipino Dish that you have learned and small bakery in your house. Offer it Online to your friends/relatives/neighbors and some areas later leads to become millionaire in the future.
Sarap Yan Filipino foods mas ok Kung rice like sinagag na kanin pwede na pang negosyo always watch your videos all adds never skip god bless same yur brother always watch ingat po😊❤
You did it right Liza, it's good with sausages too instead of hot dogs, some people like it without raisins (like me lol) umbutido is usually served on Christmas day, in most Filipino families. Keep up the good work, and God bless you and your familia.
Liza, you can also cook embutido in the oven, and give it a little fry to brown the outside of it... Browning it in a little bit of oil makes the embutido even tastier.
I admire your mum,, in such a short time she learnt so much filipino recipes. I am liking Russian people now, I was a bit indifferent before but through your vlogs, you are opening eyes od people like me. Russians and filipinos are so much alike, family oriented and just loves cooking for family to show our love and care for them. By the way, the name of one dish is SISIG, not sisik, just for you to know.
So glad to see that aside from being a good cook, you are also an animal lover and that you were able to convince the neighbors to free the dog from the chain. You saved him from a life of suffering. He looks very happy and so full of life now , thanks to your kind heart. You are a blessing. God bless you❤️🙏🏻 I hope that you will regularly give us updates on him and your other pets too. 🙂
oh lisa.... Thank you very much bec the dog is now free to run❤. I was happy to see the dog... And i hope and pray that your food business will grow. I used to do that and i served it to a bank employees before here in the phils. Thank u for being a dog lover❤
Ate Liza, I never thought that you also has a youtube channel like your sister Olya and brother Filipinez until I came across this video. It is very heart-warming for us Filipinos to know that Russians are interested and love our cuisine and people, we are all interested in yours, too. Please continue to show bits of Russia in your forthcoming vids. God bless...your new Pinoy subscriber from Toronto.
That looks Beautiful. Mama O have such a great heart. She had a lovely time when she was in the Philippines. And it shows on her actions on her Vlogs. Now, she's doing something about it.. Stay safe
Wow...nice job. Also instead of steaming, you can baked it as well. It wil developed an aroma..@embotido aroma..more savory in taste Embotido could be anything..can be served as main dish served with catsup..or as.an appetizer..and the well-loved @palaman s pandesal/tinapay for breakfasr or merienda. You can make a lot and store it in the freezer..for and endless supply anytime you feel like eating embutido..or for a handy @ulam when visited by surprised guests. .
After steaming, once it cools down. you can place it in freezer to store. then just fry to recook. You can also add cheese inside as additional ongredient. Love dipping it in ketchup. Embotido is good for business. You make large batches to steam and you can freeze it up to 2 mos so long as you dont take it out. Same with lumpiang shanghai. Love your channel!
Wow! Embutido is one of the primary food that are being served in special gatherings and occasions like Christmas, parties, weddings, or just plain family home get together and meetings. Can be eaten with rice, or assorted kinds of food like pansit, spaghetti, pancit palabok, puto, or as a filling for bread with mayonnaise. It's a special kind of dish to us filipinos. Hi to mama Olga, enjoy eating. God bless your family ❤❤❤
