Hey so I was just wondering how far this reclines back and what would you rate the comfort /10?

There are two diefferent design going on here. I have ordered the same as in this youtube video but they sent me the same but there are "EMERGE" logo on the back rest pillow and high back rest. Any idea of why there are two different design but they look exactly the same???
