@@IGSElectronics hello buddy, Pls do you know the parameter I can use to disable (Tr hf26) which is hardware fault for brake or what could be the cause of the fault, thou wasn't having it as of initial, it appear after I connected for enable.

I have an Emerson drive SP 2402, facing an alarm/fault “trip it.AC”. I tried to change the parameter 5.07 (by changing 0.49->L2). The par 5.07 doesn’t allow me to change the stored value that’s 0.00. Please I am seeking for the help. Does anyone know how I can fix the issue..

Hello, I'm in a far country Philippines. We have existing 9 units Commander SK installed in our pump booster CPS. 30 hp 380V 60hz system . May I ask if we can still get this units from you because some of the units now needs replacement. Thanks

Hi There, that looks like fault in IO unit. Best way to check if it is IO, is to remove all wires form I/O part of the drive and power it up, if fault persists you highly likely be looking top replace drive or I/O unit.

i have an issue with this drive not connecting local. ethernet cable going to black box then to hmi. drive runs only in hand. can’t get it to go local? any suggestions?

Hi! Nice tutorial, but I have HF 22 failure. It means "OI failure at power up - output short circuit or possible output bridge failure." What can I do? Is it possible to repair?

Hi Matej, Personally i usually replace the drive, if you have kit and electronic skills you could attempt it to look in to it and fix it, but for me looks like I/O has failed and i would replace the drive. But one thing, am sure you might of done it, remove all I/O cables and power up without them and see if it is definitely the drive that is having the problem.

There was short circuit at the motor connector. So I disconnected the motor and power the VFD, and there is failure. You mean that the VFD is trash now?

@@matejzaberl9763 remove the motor cables from to drive and then power up the drive. Let me know the errors.

There is just power connected and it is still TR HF22 failure. I have skills to repair, but I do not know what is damaged.

@@matejzaberl9763 sounds like there could be failure of the I/O board, but that something I got no experience in, so won’t be much help to you, sorry bud.

I have a problem in it Emerson Control Techniques Unidrive M100, when it is working normally apparently fine all of a sudden, example at 45 Hz. It just goes up a few seconds to 47/48 Hz. And it loses the times with other devices, Excellent videos, thank you very much.

Winding and unwinding of paper, with start and stop buttons with their acceleration and deceleration ramps 5s., And with a potentiometer the speed = from 0 to 100 Hz.

Hello, because your job is, when a motor with VFD and a filleting knife, which is previously running at a fixed speed ((x) In Hz. And configured), another motor with VFD drags and pulls the feed rollers, Pr1 = 0.0; Pr 2 = 100 Hz; Pr3 = 3; Pr 4 = 3; Pr 5 = AI.AV; and the rest according to the motor board etc. then stop button and emergencies ..., anyway I don't remember well, I'm on vacation and I can't see if it's from the Unidrive M100, or from the Commander Sk.
