Playing SU for over a year on my PS2 and then getting the PS3 version later on was one of the best sensations of my life omfg I like the PS2 version but the PS3 is sooo superior
@@traviscunningham7062 odyssey was at least built around collecting them for gameplay. SU is a boost to win game they shouldn’t be off the beaten oathZ
As someone who had only played the Wii version back then and only recently started playing the 360 version for the first time on Series X...GOD I CAN'T BELIEVE I MISSED OUT ON THIS STAGE
@@boop53 yes and all the hub worlds, lots of dialogue that was only innthe hub worlds, most or all hub world quests, hot dog missions (which is actually a good thing cuz those suck lol), and a way different but harder dark gaia and perfect dark gaia battle (as in it's way different but harder on 360/ps3), and the skyscraper scamper stages too or whatever it's called and empire city as a whole, while we still have mazuri on the wii right? Just not the stage yeah? But there even is the boss too so that's good. And also the 360/ps3 version had more day stages but less night stages which nornally i'd say is worse but tbh idk cuz i like the night stages better on 360/ps3 anyway, as well as the way werehog sonic plays. But tbh I don't mind much that they took out savannah citadel but then taking out skyacraper scamper does bother me cuz that is my favorite level besides maybe chun-nan! And it bothers me a good bit too that there is no tornado defense levels on the wii/ps2 one but mainly just cuz it is like my favorite sonic song ever on the act 2 one!
Mega Pulsa your right the game was intended for next gen but I guess sense how sega was handling they’re games back in 2008 along the way they decided to make it for last gen consoles (Wii,PS2). The game could of had all of the content but due to hardware limitations they had to remove some features/levels most notable being explorable hub worlds and the entirety of Skyscraper scamper storyline. And after that I guess they had a little bit of memory leftover to make the Gaia gates and collectable content
Man... I cannot believe I missed out on this level since it was exclusive to the Xbox 360/Playstation 3 versions of the game. Thank goodness I was able to get my hands on the PS3 version JUST to experience what I missed out on the Wii version. :P
got damn do I love the ENTIRE section of 2:16 and how it loops back to the beginning. this is up there in my top Sonic songs period. I just wish I was waaay better at the actual stage. I'm pretty trash at unleashed in general.
Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I feel that this is the only zone in the entire game where it felt unnecessary. Not bad per say, but in terms of the story, it just felt like filler. But I mean hey, an extra level ain't gonna destroy my experience on the game or anything, it's still a pretty good, yet challenging level
That can be said for many other levels. Major plot points only occur in a few of the nations in the game. But yeah, I get what you're saying. But, the story shouldn't be that important when compared with the gameplay
This is soooo goood. When I listened to this for the first time on ps3, my thoughts were: 0:00 - 0:11 Sky Deck 0:12 - 0:36 Sonic Riders Music 0:37 - 1:01 ABSOLUTE PEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAK 1:27 - 1:51 Eggman and Dark Gaia are slowly taking over this world, we have very little time left. Hurry up, many lives are at stake
I dont know. I guess i made this when i first got the game again because i sucked at this level so hard. Even more than eggmanland suprisingly. Now its pretty easy for me though
I've had the ps3 version since I was 7 This music perfectly describes the hype of hopefully getting the wii version this year Apparently this isn't in the wii/ps2 version
I know no one will be able to relate to this, but this theme gives me serious SimCity 4 vibes. Like, the saxophone at 2:29 is just screaming it into my ears! You could put the SimCity 4 box art onto this video and noone would notice!
