Empires of the Undergrowth - 1.0 Release Date Trailer 

It's happening everybody. Buckle up your seat belts and it's going to be a wild ride.

In just 6 short hours, Slug disco will reveal the date that the stars will align - the date where deathless, workers only, and no tiles connected will finally receive the missing piece in their puzzles. I cannot wait for tier 5, and the full release of Empires of the Undergrowth.

It's finally occurring. This is the date where Empires of the Undergrowth finally reaches the version of 1.0. This is a time full of burning joy for both Slug Disco and all.

Hi Slug Disco, I was wondering if in the 1.0 update of Empire of the Undergrowth they will add hybrid insect bosses (Dragantula, The Twins, Hermit Scorpion) to the battle arena. It would be awesome to see the American bullfrog or the strongest uber, if I'm not mistaken, the wolf spider, facing off against those hybrids

Here ends a journey of more than 8 years of development, I sincerely love this game and I am very happy to have seen its evolution and growth, Soon we will finally have it with us and all thanks to you guys, you are definitely incredible, we appreciate you.

some stuff I found interesting (look I'm not an expert at analyzing but I'll try) 0:05 the driver ants are carrying larvae, near a termite mound, this might imply that the driver ants killed the termite queen 0:08 fungus gardens in the background, like basically everything in this game, they look awesome 0:19 Matabele queen and medic tile view 0:33 below creature stats, there is a question mark, this might imply that there will be another view of another thing... (nvm it was always there for the entirety of the video, I think?) 0:49 termites coming out of the regular 3-hole nest, not a mound, that's something! 0:58 there is a lot more stuff like below the menu and the other objectives! and is shows 62+20/63 which probably means there are 20 revived ants 0:59 no that is probably not of note because Freeplay exists (wait I just noted this) 1:08 front and center! we finally see what the Matabele's special abilities are! we also see the name of a new level; I think it says TRIAGE? Also, we can't repeat formicarium challenge 4, so he probably rehoused... again... 1:11 2nd leafcutter icon (probably just a placeholder for Matabele but interesting...) 1:16 this looks like formicarium challenge 3 but... why does the formicarium look like the one for the first AND second challenges? Plus, army ants only? Last time I checked, the counterpart colony ALSO had access to trap jaws and slave-makers! 1:22 I think I get it, formicarium challenge 3 is getting (Kind of) a reskin 1:31 not the visuals, the audio. It's crazy to think the little ant game that has been my go to game when nothing else catches my fancy for years now is all grown up. Excites to see what's next and hope this is an amazing launch for it.

This is the game I’ve been waiting for ever since I was 6 and learnt that the Dungeon Keeper 3 teaser at the end of Dungeon Keeper 2 was never going to happen. The first ever computer game I played was SimAnt, and then DK2. I’m so excited about this launch you cannot even imagine!!!
