So true❤ i lost my focus and temper with my sister yesterday .....The sister who seems to know IT all,the fixer....She would not let me be alone once i was recovering from cold.....She would tell me i have got coronavirus cause i have not been vaccinated....so i lashed out at her and was labelled crazy and needing a psychiatrist...Yes that made me pause for a second ....then She went on shaming me more and more ....and i realized something very importanrt.Some people do not take responsibility fot what they say to you....but they are very quick to judge you on your reaction....Well Yes...i was not emotionally stable hence i reacted....but shaming is a other thing...This experience caused me to realize how out of touch we are with our emotions and how stigmatised, misunderstood and shamed our negatve emoctions incl.anger is these days..The good person should not get angry....That is the message we send out.....its ok to be inauthentic though❤

Didi I need ur help and guidance. I am member of a club in my locality. One of the member in the club is very dominating and hurts people feelings on daily basis. At my home for my personal party I invited some members from the club including her. My other guests were also there who are non member of the club. In that personal party she insulted some of my guests who were not member of the club. Now I am in middle of the tussle. My guests are blaming me for the insult that they faced at my house and that member who insulted the guest is blaming me that I had stolen her peace of mind. In this situation what should I do.
