The cicaplast baume is phenomenal! I just got my first tube the other day because my neck was dry, red and itchy from a glycolic acid cream that I had been trying to introduce into the routine. I tried so many things to soothe it but nothing worked. My trusty Cerave moisturizing cream temporarily relieved the itch. Aveeno calm and restore gel moisturizer did pretty well, but didn't quite fix it. Cicaplast to the rescue, took about two days to correct the issue. So grateful for you, Dr. Dray, your recs are spot on!
I use both of those products too and like them a lot. But, the Purito Centella Unscented (or scented is mild and good too) Recovery Cream is the best I have tried. Super affordable and can be ordered from iHerb.
Two products I’ve been loving that you recommended: the Cicaplast Baume B5 that you featured here and the OPI Nail Envy! Man you were not kidding about the OPI product extending mail polish wear time. It really works!!!
I woke up with a sty one morning and I sprayed my eye lid with the hypochlorous acid face spray. The sty disappeared by nighttime. It works well! Hypochlorous acid has become my essential for acne prone skin. I carry a tiny bottle of it where ever I go now. Thank you for another game changing recommendation Dr Dray!
I love my hypochlorous spray thanks to Dr Dray, especially after she said that it could also be used in the eyes. I have big spray pump bottles around home at at work. It is an ingredient in some expensive eye drops, so I gave someone I know some (in a small sterile pump bottle). They have not had any of their usual eye irritations since using it regularly...and from now on will save so much money. I will now give some to a friend who has a dog with weepy eyes, as it doesn't sting at all. 👱♀️❤

On my dentist's recommendation I started using the Act fluoride rinse. I thought it was OK, but when it came time to replace it I decided to try the Colgate version. I find the Colgate fluoride rinse to be superior to the Act version, and continue to use it. My dentist is happy with my progress. I highly recommend the Colgate fluoride rinse. 😊

My dental hygenist recommended a mouthwash called Closys, and I'm liking it. It's a bit pricey but it's different from other mouthwashes. It seems to be better at eliminating bacteria

coconut oil actually helps with KP. loads of people have shared their experience where they used coconut oil unintentionally and saw the results with KP
I always use a deep conditioner after a clarifying shampoo, I find that most clarifying shampoos dry my hair out and it needs a good deep conditioning.
I love CeraVe cream! No niacinamide and no hyaluronic acid (which dries my skin btw). Find non-cosmeceutical skin care much less prone to irritation. Thanks to your recommendation I'm using the Act mouthwash. Don't find it strong or irritating. The liquid is a bit viscous but have gotten used to that - idea is to cling to the teeth for a while to give the whitener time to work. Hope it's a lovely day where you live!

I've been using the Aquation Retinol cream for a while now. It's so light and soft on the skin, no greasiness at all. 👍 It has also kept my elbows and knees soft and smooth...no roughness. I want to also try their hyaluronic acid cream. 😊

I love love the Cerave Nightly Exfoliant, I was afraid of using AHAs because I have sensitive dry skin but knew I had to take the challenge since this is a major component of any serious anti-aging routine, well this one is gentle enough and does the work of exfoliating my face. I am seeing great results so far,, use it 3x a week, the licorice root extract that this product contains is also wonderful to my skin and i see a huge brightening effect already. I also use the BHA cleanser from Aveeno once a week, I am afraid of using the Cethaphil you mention because I ve had drying issues with this brand in the past.

question for you! i just got some of the aquation cream from kroger with my grocery pickup order. there was no plastic wrap on the outside that secures the lid and when i opened the jar there's also no seal inside. is this how it comes for you as well? this makes me paranoid that the product could have already been used and contaminated (oops lol had to edit an autocorrect typo)

PHA is a pretty gentle exfoliant so I guess you can’t go wrong especially if you have sensitive skin. Of course it depends on your skin type and you would know best.
Hello Dr dray .... Can I wash my dry sensitive skin with only water no cleanser since I use only water based sunscreen and no makeup????? Cleanser break me out even very gentle one

I noticed that recently you've been using sound effects in your videos and am wondering if you would consider avoiding the use of sound effects in future videos. Your content is enjoyable, informative and interesting enough without those. IMHO I find those distracting and sometimes startling. Omg. The tower 28 sos spray seems just like the hypochlorous spray you mentioned! A great less expensive alternative. My skin has been so calm and fewer breakouts since spraying on my face every day after cleansing. Also, I've been on a hunt for a long time for soemthing to use on my bikini line to help soothe and prevent bumps. Most things have bad ingredients. I'll have to try cerave.

I don't like the fragrance of Dove soaps and I find Softsoap's moisturizing varieties (milk & honey, vanilla & coconut, aloe vera) are just as moisturizing, cheaper and smell less like perfume. I don't know why all soap isn't moisturizing, it makes such a difference!

I've been loving all of Dove's hand soaps. Saving my hands. I'm prone to getting dry hands pretty quickly because I groom dogs. Switched to Dove hand soap in the bathroom and problem (Mostly) solved. If you're looking for a new floss, I just started using Dr. Tungs Smart Floss and I'm obsessed! It expands when it gets wet from your saliva.
Ugh YES!! there is genuinely nothing that soothes my sensitive, just-shaven legs more than the CeraVe moisturizing cream. For whatever reason, it does mildly burn and make my face feel tight, but it’s absolutely incredible for the body!!!

How would you say the Cetaphil Salicylic face wash compares to the Salicylic acid face wash from cerave? I use the cerave one and I love it and I also use the matching body wash as well for my body acne.
