Do you feel your VSG was worth it? It seems you have gained all the weight back.

Yeah it was worth it I started off at 237.5lb and went all the way down to 175lb now I am back at 194lb. So I did gain the weight back. Not all but I did gain back because of unhealthy habits. I started on the mounjoro last week so I will see how it goes
