Steps for setting up scan to SharePoint and creating a scan to SharePoint quick set:
-Open the SharePoint location to save scans to.
-Copy the folder or URL path, then go back to the EWS.
-Paste the copied link in the SharePoint Path field.
-Select the checkbox to Overwrite existing files, select authentication settings, and select OK.
-Select your desired SharePoint and select the checkbox to Verify folder access prior to job start.
-Select Next.
-Select your option from the Condition on Which to Notify drop-down, then Next.
-Change any scan settings, then select Next.
-Change any file settings, then select Next.
-Review your settings, then select Finish.
-Access Scan to SharePoint from your printer control panel.

May i know the HP E72530z và E77825z support Scan to Sharepoint in Office 365 ? Because i can not connect to base on your guideline the MFP said "The Path was not found or the certificate used t communicate with the server was invalid"

A Scan to SharePoint® Quick Set requires user credentials for write access. Control panel access to Scan to SharePoint® should require a network sign-in method.

+Temba Polsbroek If you have a workflow-equipped printer, you can scan a document and send it to a Microsoft® SharePoint site. This feature eliminates the need to scan the documents to a network folder, USB flash drive, or email message, and then manually upload the files to the SharePoint site. What if I just get a "This server is not supported (Protocol error) error message?

+Alex Hulinsky thanks for reaching out! I understand that you are receiving error on your printer. I'll do my best to assist you. From your PC browse to C:\Users endt\OneDrive\Documents\. Right click on Scanned receipts and select properties, then open the sharing tab, ensure the folder is shared and copy the network path from there. The scan path will usually be something light \\LAPTOP-F6Q00AVO\Scanned%20receipts, withouth the full directory path. If you experience any issues be sure that the folder is shared within the sharing tab, as well click on Advanced Sharing > Permissions and be sure to add your user name from there with full Read & Right permissions. Press Ok twich and copy the shown network path. If you still getting additional issues renaming the folder not to include any spaces would be a step to try, a such may negatively affect the network path access Let us know how it goes.

i get the error on the printer "The Network folder path specified does not exist"

@@HPSupport Yesterday, 2 techs tried to help to connect to a SharePoint and they couldn't make it work. I wish I could get assistance from an expert from HP, I know there's one. We got 7 of these MFP. The reason we got them is because our staff is sick of scanning to server or email, they want to scan to their SharePoint .
