The Clippers can’t catch a break. They couldn’t win a championship during the Lob City area & couldn’t win with Kahwi, Paul George, Russell Westbrook & James Harden.

I'm not gonna lie I was hoping the Clipperz did something special last year because I am a fan of both Kawhi and Westbrook. Last year's failure meant that things had to change and I am glad Paul George landed on his feet in a good situation with the 76ers. So as a Clippers fan we will se how things go going forward.

One underrated factor that stunted the clippers is the clippers neglecting the draft process. Even when they traded SGA n all the picks they had a chance to get Claxton in 2019, Xavier Tillman 2020, Ayo/Herb jones 2021, 2023 GG Jackson. Those pass ups were awful even without hindsight and the clippers were just too in love with making splashy moves.

The Clippers are on of the three teams I am a fan of (#3), so I was so hype when Kawhi and PG joined the Clippers (especially cuz Kawhi is my favorite player of this passing era). But the injury issues and underachieving when they did play was terrible. Everybody wants to blame Doc Rivers for all that, but outside of Kawhi (who has stayed injured for literally half of his Clippers run and playoffs) all the players that Rivers failed with didn't win anything before of after him, most failing spectacularly. I could go through the list but I challenge anybody to find me a player that doesn't fit that description.

Clippers keep failing because they are in LA. It's a Lakers town, meaning when players join the Clippers they don't feel the pressure to win it all plus there is no strong Clipper fanbase. All you have to do is play basketball, collect money and enjoy LA. They were healthy in 2020 and blew 3-1 lead in Rivers style.
