It is a lot of work to empty the boat. We started with cleaning and taking out the air from the rubber boat. The boat needs to be fully empty as it is going to stand outside the whole winter. It is important to get all textiles out, it could get moisture and mold. We also cleaned it out properly, so it is fresh next season.
Down with all the sails and let them lie in the boat. During the winter we have a dehumidifier so the boat will keep dry.
Patrik drove the boat to Wallhamns Marina, where we keep it during the winter, and I took the car there to meet up.
We just left the boat there and the marina will take it up as we need to go to Spain again.
