(Not a single popped tyre, which cannot be said for some of the teams with big 4x4 overlanders…

Luck was on our side as 4 angels sent from planet earth, aka team Dromedaris drove passed by chance (to pick up their laundry from the last town 😂) and gave us a tow to the nearest garage.
The part we need to fix him up would take 1-2 weeks to deliver and that’s time we just don’t have..
Watch this weekend as we go car hunting to try and find something that will get us back on the road and across the finish line.. 🥺

BUT that all aside, getting to self-drive safari in Africa has been on of the most amazing things we've ever done. Driving through national parks, seeing elephants walk across the road, zebras, giraffes! What a country...
