So, ok. Avoid all commercial drinks. Buy taurine, creatine and magn citrate to add to coffee with organic butter or mtc. Rock Star is garbage... soda. It's Talk radio guy's son's scam.

Don't forget to check the other flavors for different ingredients! I drink the Orange Dreamsicle Reign drink and it doesn't have the same ingredients that the other flavors of Reign drinks do!

Just like Zachary stated I found Celsius Drink. I does have 200 mg caffeine but ingredient list is short and 12 oz can: Filtered water, Natural flavor, citric acid, caramel color, Sucralose. Vitamin C, B vitamins, etc. I usually will pour in my 32 oz tumbler and fill with ice a water to dilute; last longer and get flavor. Thanks much for all your compare videos and sharing knowledge into keto lifestyle.

All I drink all day is water and black coffee I'm on a stick keto. Just not the healthiest. My snack is pepperoni and cheese and pork grinds 90% dark chocolate with organic penutbutter with out that hydrinated oil

We have in finland brand called Puhdistamo, they make natural energy drinks that contains only Guarana, Yerba Mate and Green tea, and good stevia. With zero sugar, or carbohydrates or anything. It has 100mg of caffeine per can, and they have flavors of Apple, Peach and regular energy drink. The Best part is that they are most delicious energy drinks that i have ever tasted ❤

I'm kind of surprised you haven't mentioned Zevia (unless I missed it) because they have a line of sodas, teas, and energy drinks with the shortest ingredients list I've ever seen.

Always enjoy watching your videos. I was a big fan of Bang energy for a while until I watched your take on the ingredients that weren't so healthy. Since then I have been looking for a healthier option. I found one brand, Kill Cliff, which uses stevia as the sweetener. I was wondering if you would do a review on them to tell exactly how healthy they are.

I like the Zevia No Sugar energy drink, and I've found that Kroger's carries just a caffeinated water (literally just water with caffeine in it). Since I prefer to ONLY have water during my fast, this helps when I'm feeling a bit low-energy in the morning.

i get around the 20 calorie issue by pouring a tiny shot glass of energy drink and sip it after water. the can lasts 4 or 5 days.

have you ever heard of Celsisus. Take a look at that one. I know sucrolase is the big no no but in Celsisus its the last ingredient on list. Does that mean its not enough in there to matter since its the las one on list unlike monster its much further up there on the list.

👍❓How about Biolyte (the IV in a bottle)? It’s not an energy drink per se, I know it’ll break my fast but when I need to hydrate or having some other issue that it seems to solve for me…I have found Biolyte (the IV in a bottle) to be helpful.👍😃💝

BCAAs do trigger a small insulin response, but it is not a spike by definition. And, it is not enough to switch your body out of the predominantly fat burning state. In fact, a study by Zhang et al. showed a modest insulin response to the ingestion of both 1g and 5g of BCAAs . Another study that looked at Leucine alone, again showed a modest response in insulin. In fact, the insulin response to Leucine was not much higher to that of water .

Did a 5 day fast once but technically cheated a little on the 3rd up to the 5th day I would drink a Monster Zero in the morning, even though they still have 10 cal. Mostly erythritol but some sucralose. They def do the trick of killing appetite though. Besides water I like to make a lemon juice, whole earth sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit mix), and Sanpallegrino sparkling water.

Before I learned more about this, I grabbed a pack of diet green tea from my HEB. I figured it would be okay. I can't believe that when I read the ingredients... it has the trifecta! Aspartame, followed by Sucrolose, followed by Ace K... I was shocked and pretty upset by this.
