ആ gear കൾ എല്ലാം oil ൽ കുളിച്ചു കിടക്കുകയാണ് എപ്പോഴും..

അങ്ങനെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടണ്ട കാര്യം ഇല്ല. Third gear ഇട്ടു അങ്ങ് പോയാൽ പോരെ?

Engine ഇത്ര എണ്ണം കറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ WHEEL എത്ര കറങ്ങുന്നു എന്നതാണ് GEAR മെക്കാനിസം. 4th gear ൽ gear box ന്റെ input 1 and output also 1.. പക്ഷെ sproket 16:36 ie. 2.25 :1.. അപ്പോൾ ഈ ratio പതുക്കെ പോകാൻ മാറ്റിയാൽ third gear ൽ പോകും പോലെ തന്നെയെ ഉള്ളൂ. രണ്ടു teeth കൂടുതൽ sproket ആക്കിയാൽ 16:38 ഈ 2.376:1. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ third gear ratio 1.21:1 ആണ്. അപ്പോൾ 2.72: 1ആണ് സാധാരണ 3rd gearbox input to wheel sprocket ratio. 38 teeth ആക്കുമ്പോൾ 2.87:1 ആകും ഈ ratio. അതായത് ഏകദേശം സാധാരണ 3rd gear ൽ engine കറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ wheel ൽ എത്തുന്ന അതെ കറക്കം തന്നെ.... അതുകൊണ്ട് clutch 3 plate ആക്കിയാലും ഇതുപോലെ gear ratio adjust ചെയ്താലും gear down ചെയ്തു ഓടിക്കും പോലെയേ ഉളളൂ

ചേട്ടാ എന്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരൻ ബ്രസ് വെച്ച് വെൽഡ ചെയ്തു 6വർഷം ആയി രണ്ട് സൈഡ് പൊട്ടിച്ചു വീതി കുട്ടി ഇപ്പോള്‌ ഒരു കുഴപ്പം വും ഇല്ല 👍

Actually no need to press clutch if the Wheel and the Engine are mutually neutral. I mean they should not exchange any force to one another when we try to shift gears. Eg. The vehicle is in centre stand.. the wheel can easily move... and the engine is not working.. now we can try to change gears with out clutch. But if the gear is not shifting with our effort in the gear lever, we must rotate the mainshaft or Sleeve on it, by moving the engine or wheel respectively.. that's all

Sorry. Actually your doubt is different... now i realized it 😃😃🙏🙏. In theory main shaft should be stationary.. (if the vehicle is not moving) But practically, main shaft may move according to the condition of the clutch.. (as clutch plate move appart in a distance less than 0.1 mm per plate -totally 9 or 10 plates altogether). But the transferred power from engine shoukd be low. Otherwise that momentum makes the hitting sound hence wear and tear to the contact points in the gear wheels.

Start ചെയ്യും മുൻപ് clutch free ആക്കണം. അതുപോലെ clutch ലിവർന് play കുറക്കണം

അങ്ങനെയാക്കാം... പക്ഷെ ignition RETARD ചെയ്യണം.. അപ്പോൾ silencer pipe നിറം മാറും.. mileage കുറയും... കരി കൂടും.... engine പണി പെട്ടെന്നു വരും... അങ്ങനെ കുറെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ വരും.
