[ENG中文 SUB] MOSTY CREAMY Pumpkin RISOTTO! 

Italian risotto takes some time and attention to make but when done it is a real beauty. Authentic risotto should be cooked al dente but if you wish so there is no problem with cooking it a view minutes longer. This recipe is my personal favorite because it makes sure the pumpkin is pureed and super smooth! If you like your pumpkin chunky just fry some pumpkin pieces aside and add them add the end. Like this, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Recipe (2 persons):
500 ml Vegetable stock
1/2 Onion
150 gr Sweet pumpkin (butternut)
30ml White wine
85 gr Risotto rice (round grain rice)
20 gr Butter
20 gr (or more) Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
