저도 무월경 거의 1년 되가는데 편해서 병원 안가고 있다가 지금 후다닥 대학병원 예약 했어요 근처 산부인과에서 유도주사도 3번 맞았는데 효과도 없고.. 전 160 42인데 다이어트를 한게 아니고 원래 이런몸으로 살아오고 월경도 했는데 어느날부터 갑자기 월경을 안하더라고요..
I am very happy that you have recovered your menstrual period, I am currently still struggling to recover it :( I have already gained weight but I think it is not enough for the body, hopefully I can recover it one day, as you say, it is a bit annoying and it is better to be if the menstrual period, but, that indicates that your health is right or wrong.
저도 생리 안했던적 있었는데 처음엔 솔직히 편했지만 몸이 건강하지 않다는 얘기라서 불안하더라구요 여자니까 결혼하면 애기도 가져야하는데.. 산부인과도 갔지만 답이 없고, 결국엔 스트레스가 원인이더라구요 몸이 건강해지면서는 주기도 규칙적이고 증후군도 줄어들더라구요 모두들 건강을 최우선으로 생각하며 다이어트 하시길 바래요!!♡

I hope it gets better for you My sister was underweight in her teens and lost her period for many years :( It is important to get the weight back up, and when the good weight is back, keep eating healthy and what a dietician/health professional tell you and exercise only moderately. Too harsh of an exercise and weight loss will cause your body to stop working. Also do not count calories or shame yourself for eating something like fast food. Take care
If your period stops for a year and a half, your body will be very tired. I've never had my period at the same time as you 😥 I hope you take care of yourself 😇😇😇
