Today I would like to introduce a recipe for a Brulee in Baumkuchen🍰
You can make it with frying pan for making rolled egg without using an oven or a burner, and you can enjoy both creme brulee and baumkuchen, so please give it a try😊

Ingredients:
<Baumkuchen>
200g prepared pancake mix
2 eggs
30g granulated sugar
30g honey
30g unsalted butter
150ml milk
<Custard cream>
200ml milk
1 egg
50g granulated sugar
15g cake flour
a few drops of vanilla extract
<Brulee>
granulated sugar
Instructions:
1. Wrap a piece of paper towel and parchment paper around the core of a plastic wrap or other cores.
2. Put the butter in a heatproof container and heat in a microwave at 600W for 40 seconds.
3. Add the eggs, granulated sugar, and honey to a bowl and mix well.
4. Add the melted butter, milk and prepared pancake mix and mix well each time.
5. Spread a thin layer of vegetable oil on a frying pan and pour the dough into it.
Note: Spread the dough to the edge of the frying pan with a scraper or similar tool.
6. When the dough becomes fluffy, place the core and wrap the dough around the core.
7. Repeat wrapping until it reaches the size you like.
8. When the rolls are done, wrap it in plastic wrap, shape it, and let it cool.
9. Beat the eggs in a heatproof bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix well.
10. Add the shaken cake flour and mix, then add the milk and mix well.
11. Cover softly with plastic wrap and heat it in the 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
12. After heating, mix well with a whisk and heat again in the 500W microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
13. Mix well and add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix.
14. Let the custard cream cool.
15. When the baumkuchen has cooled, cut it into desired thickness.
16. Fill the middle hole of the baumkuchen with the cooled custard cream.
17. Sprinkle granulated sugar on the surface.
18. Put the spoon directly on the fire to heat it well.
Note: Be sure to use a pot-holder to avoid burns.
Note: The spoon will turn black, so use a DAISO spoon only for brulee.
19. Gently run a heated spoon over the surface of the granulated sugar to brulee it.
Note: Brulee it by sliding it on the granulated sugar to make it even.
Note: Brulee a little at a time, as it burns easily.
20. Repeat steps 17 to 19 until you get the color and hardness you like.
21. When the brulee part hardens, it’s done. Enjoy!!
