材料 Ingredients (八人份量 8 people portion)
一隻老黃瓜(大約一千二百克) 1 Old Yellow Cucumber 1.2kg approx
四百克豬骨 400g pork ribs
六十克赤小豆 60g rice beans
五十克扁豆 50g lentil beans
三十克乾的瑤柱粒 30g dried conpoy
二十五克猴頭菇 25g Lion’s mane mushrooms
兩片果皮(浸泡, 把果囊刮掉) 2 x dried orange peel (soak then scrape off pith)
適量的鹽 salt to taste
四公升水 4L water
三粒蜜棗 3 candied dates
