I made this because my local Chinese supermarket doesn't sell tart pineapple cakes; they're all super sweet. These pineapple cakes are exactly what I wanted, I love them and I'm trying to resist the urge to eat them all immediately! Thank you for this recipe!!!

亲测后的一点心得:1.是很费时费工的。因为菠萝内馅儿现做,熟练工也得至少一个半小时;2.菠萝馅调味跟重量比例不必跟着amanda的来。比如我削完菠萝肉有1kg,但实际上煮完只剩230g。说明每个菠萝的含水量不同,而本身含糖分又不同!所以砂糖和麦芽糖你可以按amanda的比例先加一半,再逐次加,慢慢尝味道,一定要耐心!不然可能会齁死...do not ask how i knew it....
