材料:
1.雞扒3塊
2.檸檬2個
3.雞蛋2個
4.吉士粉
雞扒的醃料:
1. 糖 半茶匙
2. 鹽半茶匙
3. 白胡椒粉 適量
4. 豉油半湯匙
5. 米酒2茶匙
6. 生粉1茶匙
7. 生油 適量
西檸汁:
1. 檸檬汁4 湯匙
2. 溫水110 ML
3. 糖4 湯匙
4. 鹽1茶匙
5. 用1湯匙暖水與1.5茶匙的吉士粉混合
6. 檸檬皮
I would like to introduce Fried Chicken with Lemon Sauce, which is the signature of HK Dai Pai Dong.
Ingredient:
1.Chicken Steak X 3
2.Lemon X 2
3.Eggs X 2
4.Custard Powder
Marinate the chicken chop:
1. Sugar X ½ tsp
2. Salt X ½ tsp
3. Some White Pepper Powder
4. Soy Sauce X ½ Tbsp
5. Rice Wine X 2 tsp
6. Potato Starch X 1 tsp
7. Oil
Lemon Sauce:
1. Lemon Juice X 4 TBSP
2. Warm Water 110 ML
3. Sugar X 4 TBSP
4. Salt X 1 tsp
5. Add 1 TBSP of warm water into 1.5 tsp custard powder, mix well
