[Banana Pudding Base]
375ml water
350g condensed milk
100g of Banala and banana cream jello
(If it is difficult to purchase jello where you live, you can alternatively mix custard with whipped cream)
pudding base 820g
Whipped cream (500g) Fresh cream (360g)
Add 860g and whip
Serves approx. 8-10 people
(If there the portions are too much, divide the to-be-consumed jello and mix it with the cream, and use the rest for later)
Jello Base 430g
Whipped Cream (300g) + Fresh Cream (150g)
Serves 6 people
layer in the following order - cream, egg crackers, cream, banana. (Best served after keeping in the refrigerator for 4 hours!)
