Ingredient
2~3 eggplant(400g), cut into 3pieces, sliced thick
salt 1/2T
seasonings)minced leek 1T, minced garlic 1/2T, guk ganjang 1/2T, red pepper powder 1t, sesame oil 1t, sesame seeds 1t
Preparation
1. In a bowl, place the eggplant; sprinkle salt over it. Remove excess moisture with the cheesecloth after 15minutes.
2. Place the eggplant in a bowl with a plastic wraps on. Microwave it for 3minutes to cook.
3. In a bowl, combine the eggplant and the seasoning ingredients to mix. Enjoy your namul!
