It is not spicy because it uses uncooked skate.

Ingredient
400g raw skate
150g radish
½ cucumber (100g)
¼ onion
80g water parsley
¼ pear
2 green peppers
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
½ red pepper
Pickled skate) 3 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons soju
Pickled vegetables) 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt
Seasoned seasoning)
3 tablespoons red pepper powder
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
3 tablespoons fortified vinegar
2 tablespoons raw sugar (1½ tablespoons sugar),
1 teaspoon ginger syrup (⅓ teaspoon ginger)
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Preparation)
1. For raw skate, pickle it with skate pickling seasoning for 1 hour and then squeeze out all the moisture.
2. Slice the radish and onion thickly, and cut the cucumber in half diagonally into 0.5cm thick slices. Pickle vegetables with seasoning for 30 minutes and then squeeze out the moisture.
3. Slice the pear into thick strips, cut the water parsley into 5cm long pieces, and cut the green and red peppers diagonally.
4. Mix seasoning seasoning, add skate and pickled vegetables and season first.
5.Add water parsley, green pepper, and red pepper, mix together, and finish by sprinkling sesame seeds.
Reduce or add red pepper powder, sugar, and vinegar according to preference.
