Thanks for your video and efforts, SiuKitchen! =) I just used your BBQ pork recipe but made Chinese BBQ pork buns instead, taste yummy, just like at dim sum places.

LDebbieg you may need to enable the annotations. Im not too sure why they arent showing for you :(

Its okay. I tried to enable the annotations but it doesn't show the spot where it usually says translate. You have a lot of English videos that I can watch anyways. It's just frustrating when I like a video of yours and i can't understand it. :( Not your fault. I saw where you posted to another viewer where you have English translations but some of us can't access it. I do love your videos very much. Maybe you will just do your videos in English in the future. :) Thank you for responding. Appreciate it.

Where is the link for making bread dough? Is it salted bread dough or sweet bread dough for making this Char Siu Bun?

+Manhei Tsoi 在未完全冷卻時(還有微暖)放入保鮮盒中,麵包可保存水份,第二天吃也是鬆軟的。

下次我試下落少D酵母,但麵糰會否發得不夠鬆軟? 糠味會否來自枱面上的乾粉( 搓麵糰時防黐灑下)? 多謝你的耐心指導.

手粉如果是同一包粉的話,應該沒關係的。 放少了酵母怕發唔起的話,就將一發的時間加長些或者會有幫助。 希望您成功

這個配方應該沒有問題,會不會是酵母味不是(糠),因為每隻牌子的酵母濃淡都不同,試下落少1-2g看看是否這個問題。
