ENGWE C20 Pro - Electric Bike with 95 Mile Range - Unboxing, Assembly & Quick Ride! 

I had exactly the same build issues as you did, the handle bar install had me puzzled for a moment. The side stand didn't work as the bike fell over until I realised the tyres only had 4 PSI in them. Pumped up the tyres to 35 PSI and the stand worked. Then I couldn't turn the battery on as I didn't realise the power button was underneath the thumb switches. The throttle didn't work either until I went through the parameters. I haven't mastered changing to MPH yet but I will, I only assembled it a few hours ago. So on my first quick ride I hit 33 kmph on the throttle after I got it working. I have lot's of tweaking to do and the manual for the display is 20 pages of information to absorb. The absolute worse thing about this bike is, that when you fold it in half it falls over as there's no support bracket. Great video and now I don't ned to look at the manual to change to MPH.

my dad just bought this but are the throttle activated right when you've assembled the bike?

MJ Tech@ Hi, if you would help me to figure out how could I fix problem with my front wheel on just arrived Engwe . Front wheel is not moving freely because the brake disc (Pistons) are too tight and keeping stopping the wheel. I cannot separate them the way it could be done on regular bike (i tried to remove a pin and reinstal Pistons) as well as I cannot do nothing with screwdriver (imbus key) because the distance between them is already set on maximum so I can only make them more tightier. I do not know what to do..also I do not see that the wheel runs wobelly when turned..Can you show us what could be done with just unboxed engwe bike front wheel malefunction in such case?

It is impossible that the battery has 19.6mah capacity.

I think the saddle pin will bend if you are long and extend it all the way. The angle is too much.

Apparently poor parts

My opinion is that the company laughs at you, they are not serious at all. The first thing: my bike arrived damaged by transport, and they do not give me a solution other than a video that is of no use to me, the repair costs me €23 (the change of the crooked bicycle). The second thing: the battery does not fulfill what was promised nor does it come close to reality, it does not drive me more than 65 kilometers, when my weight is 60 kilos. (either I got a defective battery or I don't know) The third thing: the very bad brakes, the battery inside is half loose, hitting the inside in the potholes, and the front brake is misaligned and rubs against the brake, it also doesn't start to rain... since it only has waterproof (ip2 ). For the rest good... but too many negative points. I wouldn't buy it again.
