Ensaymada Chiffon Cake - mysweetambitions 

Hi guys today I will be sharing my version or take on Ensaymada transformed into cake
For the ingredients we need
1 1/4 cup cake flour
6 egg yolk
100 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
8 slices of cheese
1 tsp baking powde
1/2 cup sugar
For the Meringue
6 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
For the Whipped Buttercream
3/4 cup or 185 g room temp butter
3 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
