I don't see narcissism, I see someone shedding their old life (which might have been full of pain, you never know), and embracing their body. If fact, maybe to the point where she equates covering up with being unconfident. But she found her dress in the middle of the two extremes, which might be where her truest self is also.

I thought she looked tarty not classy, but then I hate tattoos, especially on women.
