I've actually heard of minicabit never knew it came from here, sadly they don't cover my tiny town but it's still cool to see how they got propelled into the public eye plus this guy is a 10/10 negotiator

It's good he got a deal because it must be frustrating when you reveal the name of investors who wanted to remain anonymous and then it all being pointless and walking out empty handed

This is my favourite episode of Dragon's Den. Amer is absolutely incredible! Those negotiation skills! It is so rare to see someone so good at DD.

I really think it's unfair that they force people to reveal the names of investors that don't want to be publicly named. It's not like the deal is officially done on the show anyway, there are plenty of "deals" that have fallen through

He was never interested in working with Piers and I'm surprised he wasn't roasted for using him to get a better offer from the others. I didn't find him at all convincing in his negotiations and that sort of thing is usually called out quick. A strange one. On the business itself, I think it's dangerous territory as taking 10% away from drivers will make them not as keen to please customers. Pair that with knowing unhappy customers are more likely to blame the company they book through and it could be a disaster.
