EoSD Stage 5 Theme: The Maid and the Pocket Watch of Blood (Re-Extended) 

I feel that this song best describes Sakuya's character. It's elegant, mysterious, and the song almost seems like she's messing around with the speed, making it slow and fast as she pleases.

1:11-1:33 one of the most criminally underrated sounds in all of Touhou music. ZUN may not have known much about rock at the time, but he definitely knew how to put in a cool guitar.

I love how this song’s time signature keeps switching between 3/4 and 4/4. It perfectly encapsulates Sakuya’s time manipulation.

the little dings in the background of the song sound like my doorbell so the first time I played this stage I thought that someone was at my door, but when i went to answer it, nobody was there. It was pretty late at night too so I was a little freaked out. Then I realized that it was just the song

i find fun how half touhou songs make me feel meh at first but after listening at them for a while i get completely addicted to them

I love this song. It reminds me of the fact that the mist has now completely blanketed over Genesokyo. It gives off that creepy, eerie, yet elegant feeling.

This song suits Sakuya as a maid perfectly. The elegance and feeling of loyalty (If a song can give that feeling off even. But it does to me) and the way it feels like she's calmly waiting for you. While Luna Dial suits the fight itself, her brutal, merciless way of fighting which uses all of her skill despite her feeling that she's far above your level. All to make sure not even a shred of you makes it far enough to hurt her mistress.

Like all stage 5 themes, GOOD, REALLY GOOD.

Mistress, she's heading for your chambers. Pack your gears. Remilia: Pack... my... gears? Sakuya: Don't worry about it. We have to make a full withdrawal. Your safety is the highest priority. Withdraw all units and head behind the house. I'll make a last-minute effort to corner the intruder in the house.

Great theme! The piano part from 0:00 - 0:33 is my favorite part, and I think you can probably guess why. It's just a CRIME how no one talks about how hard that crazy piano mashing goes, lol I also like 1:14 and onwards + 1:34 and onwards too! They’re great. Sorry if I have a lack of words to say about this. This theme just pumps me up and fills me with motivation with that piano chord progression and I love it! I actually paused the game just to hear it

In the SDM's main hallway Sakuya:The situation just got way tense than expected. The intruders defeated Patchouli and they're coming straight to the main hallway. Remilia:Release the fairy maids at once. Sakuya, you will launch an attack there. Use your best spellcards for the fight. Sakuya:What about you? Remilia:I will wait in my chamber. Sakuya:Alright. A few minutes later Reimu:This hallway has alot of fairy maids shooting really dense bullets Sakuya:Oh, isn't that the 2 intruders I've heard of Marisa:This will be easy Midboss Sakuya defeated Sakuya:The intruders defeated me.I'm requesting backup. Marisa:Wait! Ah......she retreated. Reimu:Let's chase her to the ends of this hallway.

This song is so frantic and energetic , but at the same time it's too elegant to be energetic. When Sakuya shows up, and says something like "The cleaning is getting nowhere ! The mistress will be upset with me." The sync with the loop of the music is so satisfying to me, everytime I get to stage 5 I always anticipate that moment. This is my favorite theme affiliated with Sakuya.

If you use Reimu B, then you can p. much say goodbye to that extra life... But it's easy-peasy with Marisa B! The theme is great too, and it kind of reminds me of castlevania but only in a slight amount.

I only started playing Touhou yesterday, and by some miracle I ended up getting here after a few attempts on Normal - don't know how, haven't been able to since - and somehow this stage theme captures the absolutely visceral fear / rush of adrenaline I felt when entering Stage 5 for the first time, thinking I'd get to enjoy a nice quiet moment after beating Patchouli, only to be swarmed by more aimed projectiles than I'd ever seen in my entire little rookie life. It went from "Alright, a new challenge! I know it's only going to get harder from here, but I'm so excited to see what Touhou's got to offer!" to _"OHGODMOMPICKMEUPI'MSCARED"_ in around ten seconds. I still can't wait until I'm able to beat it.

I swear to god Sakuya if you sweep off my lives with your damn knives again..

0:33-0:40 is amazing

You know...I always thought this would be much more suiting to Sakuya's calm, mysterious nature as well as her loyalty and will to protect her mistress Remilia. Luna Dial just seems a little harsh for her type...

I think it's funny how this stage takes place inside the manor's hallways, only because this theme gives me such a Dancing Under the Pallid Light Of The Moon vibe

Having just finally played and beaten Touhou 6 (your extended themes were the last straw needed for me to finally play it) I must say that this is the best stage theme in the game. I must give credit to this theme as it was the only reason I continued after suffering numerous deaths by Fairy orbs, Knives and well, more knives.
