I have never seen a tip jar but I think they get quite well paid. I know people who work in different departments for the villages and they are not allowed to take tips

Oooh the 2nd courtyard you showed in DeSoto was the home I wanted. We had Just listed our home. I was 1 week shy of being able to put in an offer. I loved that house. Lucky new owners. Your lunch looked so good!

I love it when a restaurant separates dishes for you. I haven't had good pizza since moving from the northeast in 2008 - This one looks VERY good! We'll have to try it next time we're down. I remember one time the house of the week was YOUR house! I recognized if from one of your segments where you sit in a seating area and go over real estate statistics. Not much gets past me, LOL. This is a lovely HOTW, I'm always a sucker for a walk out bay window, Showing this one to Ted. He thinks I'm crazy, because we won't be retiring for probably five years. I really want to buy something now, and rent it to snowbirds to build some equity in the meantime. Thanks for another fun video!

You are right. Definitely give Bravo a try. Good idea to buy now and prepare for your retirement. Build equity and your renters pay all your expenses. Good to hear from you, I hope you are keeping well.

You know, Jana, you’re a decent golfer. I’d be happy if my club came into contact with the ball. Love the Jasmine model. I’m keeping a list of my favorites. Great video, as always. We’re in day 3+ of a snowstorm. Around 20 inches, give or take, so far and still snowing. Have I mentioned how much I hate winter, although this past winter was really more like spring. We didn’t have much snow at all. In fact, we have received more with this storm than all season combined before this. Unreal winter.

I can feel cameraman's pain already, the last time I slipped up on the best food ever comment, that was not anything my wife made, I lost 15 LBS. Great video Jana, we always enjoy all your videos.

They has been a fungus on some of the greens but they seem to be slowly getting it under control. Some of the courses are closed at the moment to help with rejuvenation
