Austrian Madam is trying to be too optimistic and not accepting that there is a chance of chinese aggression. Reason behind this is because china is biggest Austrian Trade partner and Austria is net exporter to china. Austria growth rate is severely hit and if us stops chinese trade with europe also then europe is doomed. Obviously USA will make europe completely dependent on itself and will trade itself with china.
