Bhailog inn sab se tackle karne ka ekhi upay hai. Aur ye unn log ke liye hai jo abhi job start kiye hai. Maine 22 ki age me job start ki thi 50k salary pe aaj 5 saal bad 75k hai kyu me IT background se nhi hu. 5 saal me maine ek bhi shauk pure nhi kiye. Upar se mera work from home hai to apne hometown rehta hu 5 saal se. Maine 22 me hi mutual fund start kardia tha aur apne pass sirf 2k rakhta tha. Aaj meri portfolio 40 lakh ke kareeb h. Aur main aisa 3 saal aur karunga. Fir shadi. Isse kya hoga ki shadi ke bad tum apna investment stop bhi kardoge to portfolio itna bada bankayega ki wo apne grow karega. Fir apni salary maze se udao air aish karo.

Smart h bro tu. The key is too start early. I started late in my career bcz of masters degree and year gaps. But i m in my hometown. Pay is less but it is ok. Things didn’t go well bcz of covid and later due to recession. In just a year my portfolio is 11 lac. I just think I shouldn’t have done masters as it didn’t proved fruitful to me. Covid period was a golden period for investment.

Rent for a nice apartment is around 50k. If you want to buy new apartment you need 2-3 cr, so around 2lk per month emi Cook, maid 5k Car EMI for a 15lk car is 30k per month Petrol, car maintenance, insurance 10k Groceries 10k Electricity internet mobile 5k Eating out on Weekends, shopping etc 10-20k Inhand you need 1.3 lk per month just for expenses if you stay on rent . So atleast 18-20lk annual gross salary just for expenses

My Salary in TCS is 26K in Hand after Deduction I joined TCS as a fresher, now its been 3 years since then I have a Home loan of 20 Lakh on me (Home is not in pune where i work) Home Loan EMI - 16,500 /- Pune Room Rent - 4500 /- (Sharing with bachelor's 2 BHK Flat) Personal Expenses - 5000 /- Other Personal Loan EMI - 2000 /- Net Net it always goes in negative each month, it's been 6 months this budget is same for me. I still find myself Happy That i have a Job and working to get a new Job which would solve this Budget issue.

Ye ab bada issue hote ja raha hai. 75-80 lakh ka flat loan lene ke kiye salary 1-1.5 lakh chahiye .. Jo lateral 10-12 exp wale hai unki lagi padi hai shadi hoke 1-2 bacche hai aur ab flat bhi kharid nahi sakte q ki unki growth rate itni high nahi thi. Jo mnc pe cornona se pehle hai usi company me wo company me kuch growth nahi hui 4-5 saal se par naye employee ko bhar bhar ke paisa diya hai

I am going to marry someone with my equal salary (he is senior to me) , our total in-hand will be little more than 1 lacs. We will share our expenses equally 😊 and this amount is good enough to decently live in Kolkata, later we can work together to increase the income but a good partner is blessing in life ❤ First priority should be getting an understanding partner, then your salary will be automatically enough to run the family. If you run for beautiful faces with high standards and high demands then you have to suffer with 50 lpa also.
