Patriarchy hurts men. You can't celebrate Patriachy and then complain that you are burdened that you have to be a provider to be accepted in a household while the very premise of Patriachy is that. How is Patriachy good? You want leadership with no responsibility. Tukue serious kidogo tu.

I agree. Patriarchy as a system is also harmful to men. But many don't know how to separate the system (that's harmful) and patriarchal leadership (male)

Hmmmf, I had a neighbour who was a stay at home guy.... Being provided for daily by the GF.... Hadi I wished we could swap role's it's kinda 😎 i think but weuh, wacha tu I work. I will stay at home 🏠 after retirement 😊

The fact that i have a friend who got married was told to quit her job and is now HIV positive makes me sick about this housewife thingy 🤦🏿‍♀️...her education wasted just like that and the way she had a good job bana... she's always stressed all because of a man who came to mess her life up !
