In this week’s episode, I share the many struggles I dealt with after an abusive relationship. I thought I had no where to turn and no support until I was forced to speak my truth regarding my abuse. The hardships I faced while getting through this pivotal moment in my life not only gave me clarity but showed me that you are more than your partner and your situation. Join me in this discussion of learning when to ask for help and knowing your true value.

Not to ever compare. Relationships are like that when it's going wrong or you know you should leave..you always remember the good times and stay longer than you ever were invited. I hate that it's like that. You are wonderful and wonderfully made!😊

I'm in a heartbreak. A house owner made it difficult to buy their house. 😢 It was the best one and nothing compares and the ending just hurt.

On the private school thing I totally agree. I wanted to send my teen to a school that addressed his ADHD and they wanted $25,000 so again the POC or poor suffer.

I'm absolutely enjoying watching your story. It's been refreshing. I recently found out that I suffered with codependency as well. Are you ever gonna have your mum on?

What a story. I felt the complete opposite about sleeping with an infant/toddler. Worst sleep ever lol you wake up every time they move or make a noise lol

Listen to me!!!! You better ask Jesus to come sleep with you. He will always make you feel safe. Your babies will be gone one day. Jesus will never leave us!!! Please depend on him more. Trust me, you will see better days. I love you in my heart and listening today made me go to God on your behalf 😢

I dont mean these questions in any way disrepectful towards the kids but im just curious on your mindset.. were the 3 kids with your ex planned? did you decide to have them when things were going well? was it a form of control on his part to get you pregnant? specifically the last pregnancy, i know you mentioned how you had left and then came back before the final DV incident and you were 2 months pregnant when it happened, was that him trying to force you to stay?

Don’t forget women in distress, it’s a good organization. Don’t know if it’s everywhere. I know we have a location here in Broward County ❤
