First recognise that we always worry. Turn back and see 6 months or one year back you worried but you are surviving now. your own experience of worrying teaches you that worry is futile. So get out of it. And you can get out of it with
1= Spiritual practices
2= Listening to others problems
3= Visiting Mental hospital
4= Spending time in graveyard.
Knowledge point
• Every story is going to come to an end. The curtain is going to fall.
• The moment you realise that the curtain is going to fall , there is no point in worrying.
• There is nothing to worry about because in any case life is going to come to an end on its own time.

Take a deep breath in and say to yourself "Just for today I will not worry".
