Format of the video is really really good, covering all aspects of training + Q&A. Hunter looks phenomenal as always. Thank you Hunter & Team Labrada for this awesome video.
Thank you Hunter for all the information. Your explanations of the exercises and the hand and arm position on the bars is excellent. I am 73 years old and go to the gym Faithfully 5 days a week.Your info and enthusiasm really helps me in my workouts.Thank you.
Its awesome to see how much Hunter truly loves and has so much passion for bodybuilding! We kno he doesnt have to work a day in his life bc of his dads amazing physique and hard work and genetics yet here he is every video I watch literally training as hard as ever! It's so motivating and keeps me striving for more! Thank You
The information you give is second to none, that you always give such info really shows you want other people to do great And learn. I am a big fan 💪🏻😄

No more dumbbell side laterals for me. And that way in the side lateral machine is now my go to. The info in this video is next to none. Fantastic stuff. Thanks Hunter.
Loved this man! Gotta thank you for the replacing the solid food with powder idea. Saw it on your Instagram a few weeks ago. MUCH less digestive issues. I replaced meal 2 ground turkey and my pre-workout boiled egg whites with Gaspari Proven Egg protein powder. I'll add half a tbsp of coconut oil to my protein powder cream of rice meal for satiate longevity. Plus it adds a little extra flavor. My favorite pre-workout has been: cream of rice, 1 scoop Gaspari Proven Egg, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tbsp Pruvia sweetener. 10-11oz altogether. 90 minutes prior to training. Easy digestive, great pumps and energy.
thanks great information and nice equanimity on Hunter! But then strangely turns it on for the big Blood and Gut's sets! cool! Say hi to Lee , Had his pics on my wall growing up!
You guys killed it with this episode !!!!! Thanks for answering a question of mine 🙌 you look absolutely nuts !!!!! The best of the best dude !! You've put on sooooooooooooo much tissue !!!!!

It's funny you said Vans. In the last few years I've seen a strong resurgence of Vans, especially Vans slips in gyms. I've worn them for the last 15 years, and my only gym shoe. Flat sole, right amount of cushion, best outsole grip, and just so comfortable. Also perfect for skating.
What an awesome and informative video. Trying to order the Labrada Pro Series Bundle, but the only country available is the US. Will it become available for us northerners (Canada) in the near future?
Also. What's good for bowel movements is, pomegranate juice. You can drink it straight? Or you can add a little bit of orange juice. Because it does have a bit of a bitter taste.
*Amazing footage from the workout 🔥💪🏼and thanks for the tips about bloating from vegetables!* 👍🏻👍🏻 *My question*: how much caffeine do you take in a day (especially workout days) and what is considered a "healthy/safe" amount to take in a day to avoid mental depency and adaptation from the body?
Great stuff fellas! Quick question/topic for next time: I have seven 7 different movements on my push days (chest, shoulders mainly) and I find myself so gassed at the end that it's difficult to keep the intensity high. Can you both touch on balancing the volume with quality reps with high intensity?
Basically the cuffs just move the contact point of the load closer to the trained muscle, and takes your wrist joint and grip strength out of the equation. Those things combined mean you may be able to focus more on just training your delts when doing laterals
Cant believe the progress you've made in such a short amount of time..I'd say future mr o..is there anybody you looked up to in body building?! If so who..
Big fan guys! One question-why the volume is sooo low? I know its all about recovery, but do you think ur chest wont actually recover in 5 days from one extra flat press? Thank u for content!
need to double check on those lateral raise principles regarding body mechanism & its relation to resistance profile and torque curve ... i am sensing some contradictory claims hunter, please make sure
