EP215 BEST LOCATION 4 BED BRAND NEW POOL VILLA HUAHIN THAILAND 

Agree the location of soi 94 is very central but the plot size is very very small and it compromises the room for a couple of sun beds. There is hardly any room beside the pool and the balcony has no room except to walk along which means it is just a ventilation feature for any seabreezes. For the same price there are many good villas just a few kilometers further inland on much bigger plots which should never be underestimated. New builds always look nice but this villa is just an oversized condo.

Sehr guter Preis für diese Lage. Das Objekt ist ja noch 2 Geschossig. Top Platten Auswahl, Farben stimmen. Leider habe ich schon ein Haus gekauft im Mali Lotus Hin leak Fai Hua Hin 😅

The fact that you felt the need to justify the price so much tells us that even you don't think it's worth that amount. If you are going to compare the sq meter price to other options then you need to do it with other pool villas, not condos. Very good video presentation as always though.

Nice place but the living area and pool area don’t match the rest of the house they are way too small it’s actually ridiculous to have a master bedroom Bigger than kitchen dining and lounge. And pool area is tiny I wouldn’t want to pass another person in the walk way one of you will be going for a swim

Ahhh, we all know that Miss Jira is the most beautiful woman in SE Asia, right? BUT, did you also know that there is a fortune to be made exporting Thai wooden doors into America because the solid wooden doors in these homes appear to be so much nicer than American doors…sad, but true. Also, really liked how the jacuzzi tub controls were against the wall, not someplace you have to step over to get in with two bottles of champagne and 3 glasses 😯. OK, OK, no more comments about “eye-land”, call it what you want, Miss Jira.

You say the land 400 m2 = 1 nang You say that the land worth 2.5 million baht. That means you think land in that area is 10 million baht per rai. That is a crazy value! In my opinion the land is not worth more than 1 million and to build that 200 m2 house with pool and walls is 4 million baht. I would say that property is worth no more than 7 million baht.

In my opinion, the master bedroom should have had a balcony and patio doors onto it (like bedroom 3); not just glass windows that do not open that make you think you are living in a fish tank. Bedroom 2 was too small. Too close to other houses. Style of tiles on inside and outside are nice. Wardrobes with glass doors are a dumb idea because most people hide what they don't want people to see in wardrobes.

Liebe Jira , leider gehen in Thailand die Preise durch die Decke . Hua Hin geht ja gerade noch . 300000 für dieses Haus ist zu viel . Finde es ausserdem Schade dass man nur noch Häuser angeboten bekommt 8 Mio Up . Früher hadt du auch mehr Videos über 3-5 Mio Häuser gemacht . 8-15 Mio Bhat sind mir zu viel in den Sand zu setzen . In Phuket sind die Mietpreise direkt lächerlich. In Samui geht es gerade noch so 😡🤷🏾‍♂️.Wünsche dir einen schönen Tag und gute Geschäfte LG Toni
