Larger bump-stops? No, the problem is that the tire is too wide for that lift. If you put larger bump-stops it will limit the flex, that it already lacking. A 255/75R17 32×10 with a +12 offset, rim would allow the tire to tuck nicely up into the wheel wells. Yes you loose a ½ inch of hight, but you gain much needed articulation.
Thanks! Got to give God the glory for creating a spectacular nature that we can enjoy. And the rigs definitely help to go out there and enjoy His creation.
I took a stock grand cherokee laredo through water literally up to the door handle without any issues. Jeeps are extremely capable right from the factory. Especially if it says trail rated on it, then it is exactly that trail rated. I personally believe that jeep is second to none when it comes to 4wd, extremely serious. But when it comes to awd cars Audi is second to none but that's a different story..lol.
Love my wj overland 2.7 diesel. It's a work horse Mercedes engine, like all 4x4 has its problems but once you know what how to fix everything all good.
What size off-road zone lift? I have a 2000 WJ with a 3 in budget lift. Also what are the details on the red Jeep? You should a walk around video explaining lift tires and electronics. Video coming soon? Subscribed btw. Your the only one doing WJ stuff most guys just build or how to videos but don’t wheel it. Keep up the good work. Thank you from Tennessee.
I’m in the market for an 04, I’d be ok with an I6 but I see a lot of 4.7’s out there and I know there’s head gasket issues with them! What I don’t see is the H.O. in the ads…….so my question is, is that badge at the end of “grand Cherokee” that says “limited edition” a 4.7H.O.?
So the only two ways I know you can check if it's a HO is if there's an HO badge underneath the V8 logo on the Tailgate, and the other way would be to look inside the engine bay and on the air intake box, it would say High Output. Hopefully that helps. Mine isn't an HO, however, I wish it was haha..
@@epicpnwadventures thanks for the reply but I got it figured out, I ended up with a 04 I6 w/87k on the odometer, IRO 4” long arm on 33’s and I’m currently waiting on a set of Fox 2.0’s w/resevior & adjusters after destroying a new set of bilstiens in less than 5 miles in the desert!
Nice! Unfortunately, we're on vacation this weekend. Maybe another day this summer. We don't have IG, send us an email to EpicPNWadventures@gmail.com, I'll give you my #.
No!! …. No!! Buenas todo terreno.. las clásicas!! Defensas de plástico, no!! … son inservibles!! Ningún placer usar esas Jeep de esos modelos, fueron lo peor, únicamente modificándolas!!
