Epic Battle Fantasy 5 Any% Glitchless Speedrun  

This game has quite some strong weapon that's take efford to get. I like the soul pistol, it's optained in the 60 medal room and is quite annoying to get since 60 medal take times. But the maxed soul pistol is ridiculously strong. All you need to do is equip lance with Viking hat and the cursed skull flair, and lance will become the bane of anything that doesn't resist holy. He also become a life drain tank, he fully heal every time he attack, and when got attacked, the counter attack bring lance right back to full heath. Soul pistol paired with cursed flair also gave enemies cursed and weaken which will decrease their stats. This weapon make the epic Snowflake fight much easier than it's suppose to be, keeping his attack and defense always -50%, combine with Gaia bloom to debuff the accuracy and evade, snowflakes basically have to fight with half his stats.

Here's an idea: what if there was a glitchless Custom Game with Cheats category? Some of my thoughts: -I'm pretty sure that the best option here would be Scaling Foes, since any enemies that scale _down_ to your party's lower levels automatically have less HP and evasion. Although, there is the matter of fewer AP to work with... -I find Equip Remix tempting due to some of the equips that have greater power (often at a price). I am certain, though, that the route would need some large reworks in order to obtain equips that would be beneficial to the run while cutting out those that might not be so useful... -Foe and Weather Remixes seem like they would slow things down more often than not, so they're probably best left out unless in a category that mandates them... -Random Equips would be _very_ hit-and-miss for obvious reasons; the best way I can think of to get a decent time with this would be to pray that enough of the first equips available are useful in the run (including Matt's, NoLegs', and Natalie's starting equips, as well as the selection in the shop), and Godcat knows how many resets that would take (with each attempt lasting in the range of 5-10 minutes)...that, and/or some strategies would pretty much need to be made up on the fly. -As for Limited Players, I kind of feel that it might best be avoided, since having more actions per round probably outweighs further reduced enemy stats in a glitchless run. Although, I feel like it could be interesting to have _all_ the Custom Game modes except 3/2/1 Players enabled in this category, regardless of how beneficial and/or detrimental they would be to the overall time. At least it would likely still be faster with cheats than without.
