This was such an epic roadtrip in Norway! Our drive from Bergen to Oslo was unlike any other.
It seems like we have had some crappy luck with weather since we started full time travel (or just not experienced enough with driving in the snow 😂). So maybe if you are deciding on whether or not to take the train or drive, maybe decide because of the time of year you are in Norway 🥶🌞

Only if the snowstorms are really bad but we had no issues.

Hi guys, i loved your video. We plan a trip to Oslo in May for 3 days, will it be reasonable to drive to Bergen even though it is 3 days.

Yes we did it, although there were so many sights along the way you could definitely spend a few days!

Looking a renting a car when in Bregen. What car rental did you use and where did you pick the car up.

We used sixt in Oslo and made a roundtrip. Shaun usually books our cars through the Expedia app.

Hey guys, lovely video. I was just wondering would you be suggesting a road trip dates between 25th March and 2nd april? I am not 100% sure with the weather conditions. Your answer will really help us for our plans. Thanks in advance

Thank you so much! As long as you stick to main roads you should be fine, and if you rent a car up north you’ll get the all weather tires with spikes in them that have traction(or I’m sure you can request them further south as well) We were there beginning-mid February and the weather was constantly changing so make sure to check the norway weather alert systems. There were a decent amount of roads closed when we were there, but you going a little bit later may help reduce the risk of that.
