Hello, mates. I can finally show you this video of how an Epiphone EJ200 from the 90s sounds.
This model is made in 1992 in Korea and it's the same model that Noel Gallagher used in early Oasis years, from 1994 to 1996, in performances like Mtv Most Wanted 1994, White Room 1995 and Maine Road 1996.
This is the vintage sunburst version made in Korea in the early 90s years.

I'm so happy for you, mate. This is an amazing guitar. My luthier also liked it, recognizing that the Epiphones of the past were made of superior quality. Even if Epiphone is now making good guitars again.

Nice playing and guitar. :) I’ve just managed to get a 91’ Epiphone EJ200 which looks very similar to this (quite a red sunburst). I was just wondering if yours has the original Pickguard? Your Pickguard looks identical to Noel’s actually.. whereas mine is a lot more transparent!

Oh man I need to find an EJ200 my hummingbird is nice but the sunburst Ej Korean models are super nice, hitting a G chord is instantly recognizable

Oh yeah! The G chord is the best thing in life and it's easily to recognize. Korean ones are not so much easy to find because they're out of stock since 2005. But if you have the right and enough patience, you could find a good used one at a good price. Don't buy, I repeat: don't buy it for a price more than 300€/$, because there are many crafty and dishonest sellers who take advantage of the passion of those who want these models.

@@flinchey6962 Yes! It starts with those numbers, mate. This is the Sunburst model of the early 90s made by Epiphone and it sounds very good because of the 30 years old seasoned woods. Mine is probably made on March 1992.

Hello mate. Thanks for your comment. This is the old sunburst style that Epiphone made in the early 90s. In fact it's written inside the body .

Nice.Is it solid top?so which one you prefer Korean or the newer inspired by Gibson?

I don't know if this guitar is a solid top, but it's a heavy guitar to be an acoustic one. For now, I prefer this one for the sound and for the precision of the tuning machines. If this guitar would have the neck of the new Inspired by Gibson it would be the best acoustic guitar ever made by Epiphone.

@@GuitarSupernova Is *NOT* solid top, I read the 1992/1993 epiphone japanese catalog, there are listed as select spruce top. Only 2010 to 2012 models were solid top until EJ-200SCE models released then... Again, it's *not* a solid top, but the cherry-like sunburst finish makes this guitar very special and unique.

@@GuitarSupernova Theres a photo of Bonehead sat with Liam very very early on in Oasis, I'm not quite sure on the date but it seems to be early on. I reckon that the guitar BH is holding is the same which Noel had, but in actuality that guitar belonged to Bonehead and was given to Noel.

Hello, mate. I could never sell it because I was been looking for it for years and years and years. I've found it in a small guitar shop a couple of years ago, used. I can suggest you to try to find it on internet. Sometimes, you can find it at a good price.

I use Martin 0.12. For a jumbo guitar it is useful to put 0.12 strings on it for a totally massive and bodied sound. Hello. This is an old guitar made at the beginning of the 90s in Korea, when Epiphone made very good guitars. Nowaday it makes great guitars. This model is out of stock since 30 years, but Epiphone still makes the EJ and the J models and they are very special guitars. I suggest to buy it to everyone who asks me about buying an acoustic guitar.
