Thank you for providing this podcast. We have recently introduced a pacifier because our baby is sucking his fist and thumb when he needs to soothe. It is one thing to throw out a pacifier but we can't cut off his fist. What to do in this case when he is going to essentially suck on something? Thanks for your advice!
