This time the film crew will take part in a historical event - the first expedition of the newest military icebreaker Ilya Muromets. The ship of this type was built in our country for the first time in 45 years. Now it must pass the state tests for strength and endurance on the shores of Novaya Zemlya. Namely, to break through the 3-feet-thick ice and at the same time to prove that it was not named after the hero of epic poetry for nothing. Combat Approved will show unique footage of these trials, including the storming of the hummocks, which for any other ship would have ended in a wreck. Viewers of "Zvezda" TV will learn how the expedition members and journalists almost became victims of the most dangerous predator of the North - the polar bear. And they will also see exclusive footage of how Ilya Muromets broke the way and helped the nuclear submarine Yury Dolgoruky to get out from under the ice.
